The Government is set to
allow Learner Drivers on motorways some time this year
(2018), provided it is in a dual-controlled car with a fully
qualified Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) Not all ADI's will provide this service as
it is not a legal requirement, and will not form part of the
Driving Test. However if you should wish to use this service
(where provided), you should ask the appropriate ADI.

You will need some literature to prepare for the
theory test, and to keep for future reference once you have
passed your test.
These include The
Highway Code , Know
Your Traffic Signs, and some form of CD-ROM,
DVD etc for practising the Hazard Perception part of
the test. Ask your instructor for
further details. He / She may be able to
supply you with these materials, maybe at a reduced price.

usually at no cost to you (eg )

booking a Theory Test or a Practical Driving Test online,
don't just "Google" or whatever for it, as the chances are
you may be directed to a third party website which will rip
